The Exact Quantitative Scope Of The Works Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Specification. Bill Of Quantities. The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Performed On The Road Sections Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz. During The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Control Drilling At The Contractors Expense.3. All Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Demolition Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km. 4. Upon Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Employer Will Require Control Drilling To Be Performed At The Contractors Expense.5. A Detailed Description Of The Works Is Included In: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz Maps With The Scope Of Works, B) Annex No. 2 To The Swz Stwiorb: C) Annex No. 3 To The Swz Bill Of Quantities.6. To Perform The Works, Only Materials With The Required Approvals And Certificates Should Be Used, Which Will Be Required To Be Presented To The Ordering Party Upon Final Acceptance Of The Works.
