1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Ground Surface Of A Municipal Road With Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs (Yumbo) 100X75x12.5 Cm In A Belt System - Located In Two 1.0 M Wide Strips, Located At A Distance Of 1.0 M From Each Other, So That Vehicle Wheels Can Move On Them. On Curves With Larger Radii (E.G. >250 M), The Boards Should Be Laid In The Same Way As On Straight Sections. The Curvature Of The Stacked Slabs Can Be Obtained By Widening The Joints From The Outside Of The Arch. On Curves With Small Radii (E.G. <250 M), The Surface Should Be Laid In A Batt System Over The Entire Section Of The Curve, Laying It In Rows Of Slabs Parallel To One Of The Tangents Of The Straight Section. It Is Not Planned To Increase The Width Of The Road On Curves. At Intersections With Municipal Roads And Exits, The Surface Will Be Laid In A Patch System (With An Additional Strip Of Slabs Along The Road Axis). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Construction And Executive Design, Sstwior And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Procedure, And In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Procedure, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With.4. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Constitute Supporting Material For The Calculation Of The Offer.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Materials Used Be Of High Quality And Have Valid Technical Approvals Or Declarations Of Conformity, Safety Certificates And Hygiene Certificates.6. When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices And Materials Equivalent Or Better In Terms Of Quality, Technical Parameters And Raw Materials Used To Make Them, In Relation To The Materials And Devices Specified In The Design Documentation.7. Note: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out At Open Facilities. Construction Works Should Be Planned To Secure The Space For Communication, With Particular Emphasis On Disabled People. The Construction Site Should Be Fenced Off With Particular Care To Prevent Access By Unauthorized Persons.8.
