The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Works To Improve The Operational Properties Of The Municipal Road No. 117499D Gilów - Kośmin. Stage I - Preparation Of The Necessary Technical Documentation Resulting From The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) Together With Obtaining Appropriate Permits, Including Obligatory Geological Research, Water Permit, Environmental Decisions - If Required. Designing Technical Documentation Includes, In Particular, Preparing Industry Studies, I.E. Technical And Executive Designs For The Road Industry. Stage Ii - Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Developed And Approved Technical Documentation And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Documentation, With Reporting To The Appropriate Geodetic Resource And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, If Applicable. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Material And Timely Schedule. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of A Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface With A Length Of Approx. 1910 M, The Width Of The Asphalt Road With Two-Way Traffic Up To 5.5 M, Reconstruction Of Culverts/Exits Within The Boundaries Of Municipal Plots, Inspection And Possible Strengthening Of The Existing Culvert Over Piekielny Potok, Renovation/Replacement Of Barriers With The Use Of New Reflective Ones Markings About Obstacles, Cutting Down Trees And Correcting Branches Above The Road (Documents And Arrangements On The Part Of The Ordering Party). The Road Is Expected To Be Drained Along Its Entire Length To Roadside Ditches. Part Of The Rainwater And Meltwater Should Be Discharged On The Surface To The Existing Piekielny Stream And Ditches Through Existing Outlets (To Be Cleared/Reconstructed With The Installation Of Non-Return Flaps. Cleaning Of Roadside Ditches Along The Entire Length And Within The Stream For A Length Of Up To 50 M On Both Sides From Bushes, Bushes, Etc. It Is Planned To Rebuild/Replace Culverts Within The Municipal Road, Including Exits With New Ones. Ultimately, Obtain Road Parameters With A Permissible Load Of A Single Driving Axle Up To 11.5 T.
