1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Under The Name: Development Of The Area Near The Seat Of The Local Government Cultural Center In Leśniowice2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Parking Lot - Hardening Of Building Plots Along With The Construction Of Nine Parking Spaces On Them, On A Surface Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones On A Cement-Sand Ballast, On An Area Of 410 M2; 2) Construction Of A Garden Fountain With The Necessary Infrastructure; 3) Construction Of Small Architecture Elements (Benches, Tables With Benches On One Structure, Bicycle Racks, Pots, Plant Illuminations And Waste Bins);4) Planting Greenery (Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Perennials).2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 2.1. Annex No. 1.1. Technical Documentation For The Construction Of The Parking Lot, I.E. Bill Of Quantities; 2.2. Annex No. 1.2. Technical Documentation For The Construction Of A Garden Fountain, I.E. Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Bill Of Quantities; 2.3. Annex No. 1.3. Technical Documentation For The Construction Of Small Architectural Elements, I.E. Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities; 2.4. Annex No. 1.4 Technical Documentation For Greenery Planting, I.E. Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities; 2.5. Annex No. 1.5. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3. Warranty - The Length Of The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works, Built-In Materials And Installed Devices - Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Arising From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights.4. Insurance. The Ordering Party Requires From The Contractor With Whom It Concludes A Contract Documents Confirming That It Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Its Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Not Less Than The Gross Value Of The Submitted Offer.
