1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Change Of Use Of The Farm Building With Reconstruction Into Vocational Training Workshops At The Electrical And Electronic School Complex In Radomsko In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Was Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Change Of Use Of A Farm Building With Reconstruction Into Vocational Training Workshops At Zse-E In Radomsko Co-Financed By The European Union From The Just Transition Fund, Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Province 2021-2027, Priority Feld.09 European Funds For The Łódź Province In Transformation, Measure Feld.09.02 Society In Transformation, Agreement On Co-Financing Of Project No. Feld.09.02-Iz.00-0007/25-00. The Ordering Party Informs That It Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intends To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It. 2. The Task Is Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage I: Development Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining A Valid Building Permit. Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. Stage I Includes, Among Others: 1) Conducting A Construction And Architectural Inventory Of The Existing Farm Building; 2) Development Of A Two-Variant Architectural And Construction Concept For The Reconstruction Of: The Building, Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Electrical Installations And The Construction Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations, Internal Low-Current Installations, External Connections, Land Development And Obtaining Written Approval Of The Employers Representative Regarding The Selection Of The Variant; 3) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Construction And Executive Design Documentation; 4) Preparation Of A Land Development Design; 5) Preparation Of Technical Designs For Each Industry Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Including Obtaining Connection Conditions;6) Making The Necessary Arrangements And Opinions, Including Consent To Cutting Down Conflicting Trees;7) Preparing The Necessary Studies, Including Geodetic Studies;8) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 9) Obtaining A Valid Building Permit; 10) Preparing A Complete Application With Attachments In Order To Effectively Submit A Notification Of The Commencement Of Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate; 11) Exercising Authors Supervision: The Contractor In The Scope Of The Prepared Design Documentation Will Ensure That Authors Supervision Is Exercised By A Person Authorized To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
