Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A New Platform With A Shaft For People With Mobility Disabilities. Obtaining All Decisions Required By Polish Law Allowing The Platform To Operate, Including The Operational Approval Protocol From The Office Of Technical Inspection And Maintenance Of The Installed Device. Development Of Post-Construction Documentation. Service Of The Platform During The Warranty Period. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 5 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes Are Minimum Requirements Draft Provisions Of The Contract The Invoice Payment Deadline Is 60 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of A Correctly Issued Invoice To The Ordering Party
