The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Modrzewskiego, Krasińskiego, Morsztyn And Niemcewicza Streets In Krępiec. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With A Total Length Of 980.75 M, Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure. The Task Includes The Performance Of All Works, Supplies And Accompanying Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Carrying Out The Required Research, Tests And Acceptances, Preparing As-Built Documentation And Putting The Constructed Sanitary Sewage Network Into Use, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Regulations. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: 1) Sanitary Sewage Network Made Of 200Pvc-U Sn8 And 225Pe100-Rc Pipes Sdr17 In Drilling Locations;2) 48 Dn1200 Inspection Chambers Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements, Equipped With D400 Class Cast Iron Manholes With A Diameter Of 600 Mm; 3) Inclusion Of The Designed Sanitary Sewage Network Into The Existing 200Pvc Sanitary Sewer Located At Ul. Janusz Kusociński In Świdnik, 4) Narrow-Space Linear Excavations With Vertical Walls Secured With A Box-Type Excavation System; 5) Drilling On The Section Between Wells S24–S25; 6) Sand Bedding Under The Pipelines With A Thickness Of 10 Cm; 7) Complete Replacement Of The Soil Under Roads, Exits And Pedestrian Routes; 8) Restoration Of The Surface With Bituminous Mass, Paving Stones And Slabs In Excavation Areas; 9) Carrying Out Tightness Tests Of The Constructed Sewage Network; 10) Camera Inspection Of The Constructed Network; 11) Carrying Out A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory.8. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10A, 10B, 10C To The Swz).9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation For Parts No. 1, 2, 3, Taking Into Account Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, 2) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) For Parts No. 1, 2, 3, With The Proviso That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Sst, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum.
