The Length Of The Section Covered By The Reconstruction Is 1,559 Km. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) And Other Regulations, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended). 2) Description Of The Existing Condition: On The Section Subject To Reconstruction, Provincial Road No. 560 Has A Road With Two Lanes, Approximately 6.0 M Wide, With A Mineral And Bituminous Surface With A Gravel And Gravel Shoulder And Absorption And Evaporation Ditches On Both Sides.
