The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program Along With The Estimation Of Investment Costs And The Performance Of Authors Supervision As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Improvement Of Accessibility And Treatment Conditions Through The Superstructure, Modernization And Additional Equipment Of The Department Of Psychiatry Of The University Hospital No. 1 Named After Dr. A. Jurasz In Bydgoszcz. The Functional And Utility Program Must Comply With Applicable Legal Provisions And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Including A Detailed Description Of Technological, Material And Organizational Solutions And Specifying Detailed Requirements In Relation To The Quality Of Construction And Assembly Works, Designed Technologies, Materials And Devices, With Particular Emphasis On Achieving The Planned Indicators And Effects Of Investment Implementation. The Fup Should Specify The Level Of Detail For Construction And Executive Designs So That The Work Carried Out On Their Basis Fully Materializes The Technical And Technological Requirements Related To Achieving The Planned Effects And Result Indicators For The Investment. The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Pfu Documentation, Including Participation In The Tender Procedure For Selecting The Contractor For Design And Construction Works (As A Consultation), Supervision During The Development Of Design Documentation, I.E. Construction Design, Detailed Designs, Technical Designs, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Other Accompanying Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Of The Above-Mentioned.
