Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Installation Of A Stand For Determining The Disintegration Coefficients Of Iron Ore And Other Iron-Bearing Materials In Dynamic Conditions At Low Temperatures

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Station For Determining The Disintegration Coefficients Of Iron Ores And Other Iron-Bearing Materials In Dynamic Low-Temperature Conditions, Together With The Required Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Operation For The Łuksiewicz Research Network - Upper Silesian Institute Of Technology. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A. Purchase Of The Stand And The Required Equipment Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Carrying In, Assembly And Start-Up/Start-Up Including At Least Two Technological Tests Checking The Proper Operation Of The Stand During Acceptance, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Agreement; B. Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees At Its Headquarters In The Scope Of Technical Service Of The Stand And The Provided Software, By A Qualified Person In The Field Of Operation And Operation Of The Stand, Confirmed By Issuing Certificates For The Trained Persons. The Training Should Be Carried Out After The Installation And Commissioning Of The Stand, Before Its Final Acceptance; C. Providing Warranty Documents (Manufacturers Warranty Card); D. Submission Of All Relevant Technical, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, Safety Documents, Software Licenses (If Applicable); E. Delivery Of Software Controlling The Operation Of Devices Along With The Transfer Of The License, Under The Terms Specified In § 13 Of The Agreement. F. Providing Service Under The Quality Guarantee Under The Terms Specified In The Agreement; G. Providing A List Of Entities Authorized By The Manufacturer/Contractor To Carry Out Service Activities (During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period). The Station Is To Ensure The Safe Conduct Of The Reduction Process Of Iron Ore And Iron-Bearing Materials In An Atmosphere Of A Mixture Of Gases (H2, Co2, Co, Ch4, N2, Ar) At Temperatures Up To 1000 °C (According To Iso 11257 And Iso 13930 Standards). The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Order Was Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
