Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For The Jutrosin Commune And Its Organizational Units For The Period From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027.

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, I.E. Purchase Of Energy Along With The Distribution Service For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Divided Into Parts Of The Order, In The Amount Of 468,267 Kwh, For Ppe Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Basic Order,2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Energy (Up To +/- 15% Compared To The Amount Of Energy For The Basic Order): 2.1. The Amount Of Electricity Will Be Increased On The Basis Of Option Law. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Exercising The Option Right By The Ordering Party Are Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2.2. The Amount Of Electricity Will Be Reduced On The Basis, To The Extent And In The Manner Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 Swz.3. The Ordering Party Has Photovoltaic Installations Settled On The Prosumer Net Metering Principles And Settled On The Prosumer Net Billing Principles Specified In The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Changing The Settlement Method. The Settlement Method May Be Changed At The Request Of The Ordering Party.
