Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of One-Day Field Trips To The Ecological Education Center Hydropolis For Students From Selected Primary Schools

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Preparation And Organization Of One-Day Field Trips For Students And Guardians From Public Primary Schools In Żary Participating In The Project A Conscious And Competent Student Of The Żary Primary School - A Chance For The Development Of The Labor Market In Żary To Hydropolis In Wrocław. The Order Covers The Organization Of A Trip For A Total Of 844 Students (Recruited Project Participants) And 80 Guardians. Participants Will Be Divided Into Three Age Groups: Grades 1-3 - 368 Students, Grades 4-6 - 303 Students, Grades 7-8 - 173 Students. The Trips Will Be Carried Out Within Five Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Based On The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. Scope Of The Order As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Comprehensive Tour Services, Including: 2.1. Transport1) Provision Of Transport By Tourist Buses On The Route: Żary - Wrocław, Wrocław - Żary, In Accordance With The Established Detailed Schedule And Division Of Trips Into Tours.2) Transport Must Be Carried Out By Tourist Buses: Meeting Current Safety Standards, Having Current Technical Tests And Admission To Traffic, Conducted By Drivers With The Licenses Required By Law.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of Coaches Adapted To The Number Of Participants In Each Group/Tour.2.2. Entrance Tickets And Educational Program1) Reservation, Purchase And Payment Of Admission Tickets To Hydropolis In Wrocław For All Participants (Students And Guardians).2) Ensuring The Implementation Of Guided Tours.3) Providing Educational Workshops Tailored To Specific Age Groups: Grades 1-3, Grades 4-6 And Grades 7-8 In Accordance With The Current Educational Offer Of Hydropolis Valid On The Day Of The Trip.2.3. Insurance1) Providing All Tour Participants (Students And Guardians) With Accident Insurance (Nnw) And Third-Party Liability Insurance.2) The Insurance Must Cover The Period From The Moment Of Departure From Żary To The Moment Of Return To Żary.3. Additional Requirements1) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Organization And Proper Implementation Of Trips.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Logistic Coordination Of Trips.3) All Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular In The Field Of: Transport Of People, Organization Of School Trips, Insurance, Safety Of Participants. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive And Includes All Costs Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Service, I.E. Transport Costs, Purchase Of Admission Tickets, Including: A Guide In Hydropolis, Educational Workshops And Personal Accident Insurance For Participants.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Draft Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
