1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Needs Of The Łużna Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas For The Łużna Communes Own Needs. The Order Concerns 22 Gas Consumption Points, Which Are Buildings Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Łużna Commune. An Element Of The Order Is Also Carrying Out A Supplier Change Procedure For Points Where The Process Of Changing The Seller Is Taking Place Once Again (I.E. All Points Covered By The Proceedings), Including, In Cases Required, Terminating The Existing Comprehensive Agreements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Preparing And Presenting To The Ordering Party For Signature All Documents Intended To Carry Out These Changes. 3. Required Delivery Parameters: Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of Contracts Containing Provisions Regarding Sales And Provisions Regarding The Provision Of Gas Transmission/Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement). These Contracts Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law And The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts. In The Field Of Excise Duty, The Provisions Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542, As Amended) Also Apply.4. Order Quantity: The Ordering Party Declares That The Total Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Specified In The Order Documents Is Estimated For The Entire Period Covered By The Order, I.E. 12 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel Supplied During This Period, Expressed In Energy Units, Is 1,650,052 Kwh. 5. Detailed Data Regarding Individual Consumption Points Are Included In Annex No. 8A - List Of Gas Consumption Points To The Terms Of Reference.
