The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Indoor Swimming Pool With Stands, Saunarium, Gym And Social And Office Facilities Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Of Miejskie Zakłady Nieruchomości Sp. Z O. O. In Trzebinia. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Use Only Professional Chemical Products With Safety Data Sheets And In Accordance With The Assignment To Rooms/Devices Included In The Technology - Broken Down Into: 1) Routine Cleaning; 2) Disinfection; 3) Maintenance; 4) Thorough Cleaning. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Necessary Cleaning Products And Tools To Guarantee The Proper Quality Of The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) Washing, Cleaning And Preservative Agents Containing Hazardous Substances Should Have: A Safety Data Sheet; 2) Disinfectants That Are Medical Devices Should Have: A Declaration Of Conformity And A Ce Certificate; 3) Disinfecting Preparations That Are Biocidal Products Should Have: A Permit To Trade In Biocidal Products; 4) Cosmetics/Cosmetics Products Should Be Registered With Cpnp (Online Cosmetic Products Reporting Portal). In The Case Of Preparations Used, Remember Not To Use Agents Commonly Used In The Household. When In Contact With Swimming Pool Water, Specialized Preparations Cannot Change The Structure Of The Water. It Is Recommended To Use A Chemical Dosing System. Changes To Any Measures May Only Be Made With The Consent Or At The Request Of The Facilitys Technical Manager. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template - Annex No. 1 To The Swz2) Facility Hygiene Plan, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, Taking Into Account The Technology And Sequence Of Cleaning Of Individual Rooms/Equipment And The Hours Of Employee Breaks - Changes To Breaks Are Allowed In The Event Of A Large Number Of Customers On The Facility.
