Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Chorzele Commune.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Bus, Free From Defects And Damage, Min. 41-Seater (Min. 40+1), For Transporting Students To Primary Schools And Kindergartens In The Chorzele Commune, Including Disabled People And People In Wheelchairs, Vehicle Production Year 2025, Previously Unregistered, With An Engine Power Of Min. 150 Kw, Along With All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular Will Include The Costs Of: Bus, Warranty, Operational Test Before Acceptance, Training Of The Ordering Partys Designated Staff (Up To 3 People) In The Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Order At The Contractors Headquarters And Providing A Complete Set Of Required Documentation - In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The List Of Minimum Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements And Bus Equipment. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Bus Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended), As Well As In Other Implementing Acts. The Ordering Party Informs That For A Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People With The Possibility Of Transporting People In Wheelchairs, It Does Not Allow The So-Called Two-Stage Vehicle Registration. (Bus For Registration On The Basis Of The Ec Certificate Of Conformity For An Incomplete Vehicle And The Ec Certificate Of Conformity For A Complete Vehicle Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons And Other Documents Referred To In Point 4, Section 4.) As Part Of The Offered Price: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Price Of The Vehicle Includes The Costs Of All Warranty Inspections During The 24-Month Warranty Period, Consistent With The Scope, Parts And Labor Of The Inspection Card Manufacturer Of The Base Vehicle. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That All Warranty Inspections Of The Vehicle And Bodywork Required In The Warranty Conditions (Service, Parts And Costs Of Consumables) Are Performed At The Contractors Expense. 3) During The Warranty Period For The Engine, Mechanical And Electronic Components And The Paint Coating, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Choose An Authorized Service Station For Servicing The Vehicle Located In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 4) Together With The Delivery Of The Bus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle For Road Traffic In Poland And Enabling Its First Registration And Opera
