 Part 1: Mobi-Psych - Mobile Psychologist - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mobile Psychological Support Services For Participants Of The Project Implemented By The Social Services Center In Żagań.1. The Services Will Be Provided In Particular To: A) Older People, B) People With Disabilities, C) People At Risk Of Social Exclusion, D) People And Families In A Crisis Situation, 2. The Services Will Be Provided At The Participants Place Of Residence Or At A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Żagań. 3. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: A) Individual Psychological Consultations, B) Diagnosis Of The Participants Psychosocial Situation, C) Support In Solving Emotional And Family Problems, D) Assistance In Coping With Stress, Life Crisis And Social Isolation, E) Strengthening Social Competences And Communication Skills, F) Psychological Support For Caregivers Of Dependent People, G) Conducting Short Forms Of Therapeutic Work Or Support Groups, If Necessary, H) Keeping Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Service.4.
