As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Investor Supervision Over The Verification Of Design Solutions, Control Of Compliance Of Technical And Executive Designs With The Architectural And Construction Design And The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction And Expansion And Change Of Use Of The Kindergarten Building Into A Residential Building With Accompanying Infrastructure In Ostrów Wielkopolski At Ul. Wolności On Plots No. 16/2, Precinct 0070, And 28/5, Precinct 0069.2. The Scope Of Supervision Includes: Verification Of Design Solutions, Control Of Compliance With The Construction Design And Pfu, And Execution Of Construction Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.4. Construction Works Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula Covered By The Investors Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents:1) Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 10,2) Inventory - Annex No. 11,3) Land Development Design - Annex No. 12,4) Architectural And Construction Design - Annex No. 13,5) Opinions - Annex No. 14.6) Decision On Development Conditions - Annex No. 15.7) Mkz Permit - Annex No. 16.8) Archaeological Permit - Annex No. 17.9) Wodkan Arrangement - Annex No. 18.10) Psg Arrangement - Annex No. 19.11) Ozc Arrangement - Annex No. 20.12) Energa Arrangements - Annex No. 21.13) Geotechnical Opinion - Annex No. 22.14) Technical Expertise - Annex No. 23.5. Other Requirements And Notes.5.1. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.5.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of This Task Includes Performing Multi-Sector Investor Supervision. Taking Into Account The Actual Scope Of Supervision, Dividing The Order Into Orders For Specific Industries Is Unjustified And Would Cause Complications At The Implementation Stage, And In Some Cases It Would Make It Impossible To Perform The Task In Question. The Scope Of The Order Includes Multi-Industry Supervision, Which Is Mutually Interpenetrating And Complementary. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications And Errors In The Execution Of The Task. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
