I. Task No. 1 - First Equipment1. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of Brand New Assortment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4A To The Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Assortment And Install It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Assembly Obligation Applies To All Product Items Which, For Transport Reasons, Are Delivered Disassembled Or Require Permanent Connection Of Elements.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33(4) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law
