1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Transport Of Pre-School Children And Students To Schools In The Form Of The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets By The Ordering Party In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027 On School Days, Assuming The Organization Of The School Year In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1211) Divided Into Two Parts. 1.2 The Expected Total Monthly Number Of Children And Students Transported To Schools (Current As Of The Date Of Announcing This Procedure) Is: 366 Per Month, I.E.: Part 1 Of The Order - Will Include 152 Students: Route I - Niedrzwica - Piękne Łąki - Bałupiany - Somaniny - Mażucie - Pietraszki - Użbale - Gołdap - 37 Students, 2Nd Route - Boćwinka - Nowa Boćwinka - Jany - Rożyńsk Mały - Sokoły - Juchnajcie - Barkowo - Skocze - Kośmidry - Gołdap - 75 Students; Iii Route - Botkuny, Kolniszki, Jurkiszki, Galwiecie - Gołdap - 40 Students; 1.3 Routes, Towns, Schools From Which The Transport And Return Of Children And Students Will Be Carried Out Are Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz (Containing Two Separate Sheets - Regarding Part 1 And Part 2, Respectively, And Annex No. 12 To The Swz, According To Which The Order Will Be Implemented. 1.4 As Part Of Communication Lines And Routes According To Timetables Established On The Basis Of This Tor, Apart From This Order, The Contractor May Provide Paid Transport Services To Other Persons (Including Commune Residents) Within The Scope Of Ticket Fees, Provided That, First Of All, He Must Provide A Seat For Children And Students On The Bus. 1.5 The Transport Will Be Used By Pre-School Children And Primary School Students On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets Issued By The Contractor At The Request Of An Authorized Employee Of The Municipal Office In Gołdap, Based On The Name Lists Of Students Entitled To Use Them.
