1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Truck With Winter Equipment In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 2 To This Swz.2. When Specifying Standards Requirements, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent Ones.3. The Contractor, Together With The Vehicle, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents For Registration Of The Vehicle, As Well As An Operating Manual And A Warranty Book.4. In Addition: 1) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty Service Authorized To Perform Warranty Repairs Of The Vehicle And Winter Accessories In Poland, Located Closest To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2) The Minimum Warranty Period For A Truck, Without Mileage Limitation, Is 24 Months. 3) The Minimum Warranty Period For A Hooklift Device Is 24 Months. 4) Minimum Warranty Period For The Sand Spreader - 24 Months; 5) Minimum Warranty Period For The Plow - 24 Months. 6) All Warranty Periods Start From The Date Of Handing Over The Complete Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Operating Instructions And Train Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical Services And Operation Within The Deadline Set In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install Gps Devices Or Other Systems Monitoring The Vehicles Operation In The Vehicle, Without Losing The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty. 9) After Delivering The Vehicle Along With All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Vehicle Registration Process. In Particular, He Is Obliged To Complete All Documents Required By State Institutions, E.G. The Department Of Communication.10) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.
