The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Solid Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Byczyna Commune, Waste Collected At The Selective Waste Collection Point And Solid Waste From Public Utility Areas In The Byczyna Commune, Including In Particular: A) Collection, Transport To The Place Of Management And Management Of Waste Generated In The Byczyna Commune From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live. (Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings); B) Collection, Transport To The Disposal Site And Management Of Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Called Pszok), Located In Polanowice 94; C) Collection, Transport To The Disposal Site And Management Of Solid Waste From Public Utility Areas, D) Collection Of Expired Or Used Medicines Delivered By Residents To Pharmacies And Expired Medicine Collection Points; E) Providing Owners Of Residential Real Estate With Ldpe Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, F) Providing Owners Of Residential Real Estate, At Their Request - With Containers For Collecting Waste - A Service Provided On The Basis Of An Agreement Between The Contractor And The Property Owner At The Expense Of The Property Owner; G) Equipping The Pszok With Containers, H) Providing And Placing Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters, Graphite Or Black, Marked With The Inscription Mixed Waste In The Necessary Quantity In The Public Utility Area - Cispol In Polanowice (Item 2 Of Annex No. 1 Of The Opz).2. Municipal Waste Collection Must Be Divided Into The Following Fractions: - Collected Directly From The Property: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Paper And Cardboard, C) Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging Waste, D) Glass, E) Biodegradable Waste, Including Biodegradable Kitchen Waste, Green Waste, - Collected At Pszok: A) Paper And Cardboard, B) Plastics Artificial, C) Multi-Material Packaging Waste, D) Metals, E) Glass, F) Biodegradable Waste, G) Brick Rubble, H) Construction And Demolition Waste, I) Insulating Materials, J) Waste Roofing Felt, K) Bulky Waste, L) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, M) Waste Batteries And Accumulators, N) Waste Tires, O) Textile Waste And Clothing,P) Expired Medicines,Q) Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury,R) Engine, Gear And Lubricating Oils,S) Solvents, Paints, Inks, Adhesives, Binders And Resins,T) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Resulting From Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes. In The Case Of Expired Medicines, Collection Takes Place From Points Located In The City Of Byczyna, Referred To In Opz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Systematically Collect And Manage Any Amount Of Municipal Waste. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Collected And Managed During The Contract Is 570 Mg.
