1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food To The Canteens Of The Kindergarten In Żołynia In The School Year 2026/2027.2. A Detailed List Of Supplies Is Attached As Annex 4, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.3. The Quantities Given In The Detailed Delivery List Are Estimates And Are Subject To Change. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For This Reason.4. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Demand Will Be Reported By Telephone By An Authorized Employee, No Later Than The Day Before The Planned Delivery Date. 5. All Products Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used Within The Educational System. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Of The Goods To The Destination And Unloading. 7. The Destination Is The Kindergarten Canteens In Żołynia Located At Ul. Białobrzeska 230A, Ul. Górska 105B, Ul. Zakącie 67B And The Kindergarten Point In Kopanie Żołyńskie, Kopanie Żołyńskie 84.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivered Goods If There Are Any Irregularities As To The Quality Or Shelf Life Of A Given Product, Or If It Is Transported In Unsuitable Conditions.9. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Price The Food In Accordance With The Detailed List Of Supplies Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Stc. For This Purpose, The Ordering Party Provides An Editable Version. The Detailed List Of Supplies Prepared By The Contractor Must Be Fully Consistent With The Detailed List Of Supplies Attached To The Swz, And Must Include Unit Prices For Individual Items And Summing Up Individual Food Categories.
