The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Materials, Consumables And Office Equipment, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Quantities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template To The Krus Regional Branch In Bydgoszcz, The Krus Field Office In Grudziądz And The Krus Field Office In Włocławek. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Contract.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.3. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail To The Following Address: [email protected] About The Delivery Date To Individual Locations Specified In § 1 Of The Contract. Delivery Must Take Place On The Ordering Partys Working Day By 2:00 P.M..4. Delivery Of The Scope Of The Contract To Individual Locations In Parts Is Not Allowed, I.E. The Entire Scope Of The Order Intended For A Given Location Must Be Delivered To Each Of The Indicated Locations At Once.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Handed Over And Accepted On The Basis Of The Quantity And Value Acceptance Protocol, According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract.7. If The Contractors Representative Fails To Appear At The Quantitative Acceptance, The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Report On Its Own. The Arrangements Contained In Such A Protocol Are Binding On The Contractor.8. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Order Item If It Is Defective Or Of Reduced Quality. Moreover, Upon Receipt, The Ordering Party Will Check The Qualitative And Quantitative Condition Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order.9. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Entire Order.10. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Provide Equivalent Products That Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.11. Delivery Of The Ordered Office And Consumable Materials Will Take Place To The Headquarters Of The Krus Regional Branch In Bydgoszcz, To The Field Office In Grudziądz And To The Field Office In Włocławek - In Accordance With The Division Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.
