The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Equipment To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Bearing No Traces Of Previous Use, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Cables And Wires Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Appropriate Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Directly To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E.
