Tenders Are Invited For Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery And Assembly Of Office Chairs For The Tax Administration Chamber In Łódź

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply And Assembly Of Brand New, Unused Office Swivel Chairs For The Tax Administration Chamber In Łódź.2. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Principles And Conditions Of Awarding And Implementing Orders, Carried Out On The Basis Of Executive Agreements, Which May Be Awarded During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Indicated In Chapter Iv Of The Swz.3. Pursuant To Art. 134 Section 2 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Five Contractors (Unless Fewer Contractors Submit Non-Rejectable Offers) Who Obtain The Highest Number Of Points In The Evaluation Of Offers, Based On The Criteria Specified In This Tor And Whose Offer Price Does Not Exceed The Amount Intended For Financing The Framework Agreement. If The Balance Of Points Obtained Is The Same For Several Contractors, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors Who Had The Same Number Of Points. 4. The Ordering Party Will Award Executive Orders Pursuant To Art. 314 Section 1 Point 3) Of The Public Procurement Law, In Connection With Art. 314 Section 4 Of The Pzp5 Act. The Executive Orders Include The Delivery Of 510 Pieces Of Office Swivel Chairs In Accordance With The Current Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 1, 1998 On Occupational Health And Safety At Workstations Equipped With Screen Monitors (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 58). 6. The Expected Quantities Of Office Swivel Chairs Are Estimated Quantities That The Ordering Party Plans To Purchase During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement And Are Used Only To Compare Offers. The Indicated Quantities Do Not Constitute The Ordering Partys Obligation To Purchase In Full.
