1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Pork, Poultry And Beef Meat And Cold Cuts, In The Quantities And Range Detailed And Described In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Each Delivery Must Be Confirmed With An Appropriate Document - In Particular: Delivery Note, Wz Certificate. Deliveries – 5 Days A Week.2. Vacuum-Packed Cold Cuts And Meat. 3. The Price Form (Appendix No. 2) Specifies The Quality Requirements Of The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Supplies Of Poultry And Beef Products Constitute A Much Smaller Quantitative Share Compared To Pork Products. A Single (Daily) Delivery May Concern Poultry Products In Quantities Of Several Kilograms. Deliveries – 5 Days A Week. 5. The Delivered Products Must Have An Expiry Date Not Shorter Than 5 Days From The Date Of Sale.6. The Delivered Raw Meat Cannot Be Subjected To An Injection Process And Cannot Contain Any Preservatives. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Deliveries In An Independent Laboratory, At The Contractors Expense, For Compliance Of The Content, Composition And Quality Of Cold Cuts And Meat With The Required Standards, In Particular With The Polish Standard.8. Each Time When Delivering Meat And Cold Cuts, The Contractor Will Include A Free Increase In The Amount Of Rejects (Strings, Metal Clips, Foil Casings, Aluminum Molds, Toothpicks, Plasma And Blood Leakage, Etc.) That Are Generated During Portioning Of Meat And Cold Cuts, In An Amount Of Not Less Than 0.4 Kg For Each 10 Kg Of Delivered Products. If The Delivered Batch Is Less Than 10 Kg, The Quantity Must Be Increased In Proportion To The Actual Weight. 9. Deliveries Of Goods Will Take Place Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday And Friday Between 7:00 A.M. And 8:00 A.M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, In Emergency And Unforeseen Situations, To Deliver The Goods On Another Day Or At Other Hours.10.
