1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System (Category 2: Off-Road) For The Markowce Volunteer Fire Department.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System (Category 2: Off-Road) For The Markowce Volunteer Fire Department, B) Delivery Of A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle Along With The Order (In The Case Of Foreign Vehicles, Sworn Translations Of The Documents Into Polish Are To Be Attached To The Documents), C) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Car And Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Car Equipment, Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Equivalent Solutions. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices Equivalent To Those Specified In The Trademark (If Applicable), But With Similar (Equal) Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
