1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of The Senior Club In Strzyżów In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Every Day, On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.2) The Order Covers The Preparation And Delivery Of Meal Sets With Drinks For Participants Of The Senior Club In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31 2026 For 15 Participants For Approximately 130 Feeding Days. 1 Set Includes: A Two-Course Dinner And A Drink. 3) The Planned Number Of Meals Is An Estimate And May Change. In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Meals, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Into Account The Needs Reported On An Ongoing Basis In This Respect, Both Increasing And Decreasing The Number Of Meals. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect.4) The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Only For Meals Actually Served In Accordance With Daily Needs.5) Meals Should Be Delivered To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Strzyżów.6) Meals And Drinks Will Be Delivered Daily In Collective: Thermoses, Airtight Containers, In Boxes For Transporting Food Using Own Transport (A Car That Meets The Sanitary And Technical Requirements For Transporting Food). Meals Should Be Transported In Thermal Insulating Flasks Ensuring Proper Protection And Temperature As Well As The Quality Of The Transported Meals By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Food.7) Meals Will Be Delivered By 11:30 A.M.8) The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Loading And Unloading All Meal Deliveries.9) The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Keep Records Of The Quantity And Value Of Meals Served, B) Collect And Dispose Of Leftovers After Meals Consumed And Deliver Them To Containers, C) Storing Samples From All Prepared And Delivered Meals Together With A Drink From Each Day For A Period Of 72 Hours In The Amount Of 150 Grams With The Date, Time, Content Of The Food Sample And The Signature Of The Person Responsible For Collecting The Sample.10) Meals Will Be Served To Participants By Employees Of The Senior Club In Strzyżów.11) The Ordering Party Will Provide Reusable Dishes And Cutlery, Which He Will Wash And Steam On His Own.12) During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Submit Every Friday By 8.00 (And If Friday Is A Day Off From Work, On The First Preceding Working Day) The Entire Weeks Menu (In Printed Form Directly To The Facility Or Electronically To The E-Mail Address Of The Senior Club In Strzyżów). 13) When Providing The Service, The Contractor Must Include Meals For Senior Club Participants Who Are On Dietary Diets, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party (E.G.
