1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Meat, Meat Products, Poultry And Cold Meats For The Canteen Of The School Complex, Cku In Gronowo - Hereinafter Referred To As The Product/Products In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Assortment And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Are Commonly Available Products With Quality Standards Described In The Swz, Which Are Ready-Made, Typical Products, Guaranteeing The Ordering Party A Price Comparison Of The Same Type Of Products. 3. The Products That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Used Directly By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Does Not Bear The Costs Of Disposal Of The Products.4. The Subject Of The Order Are Products Of Quality Consistent With Applicable Food Regulations, Standards And Certificates, In Particular Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order Successively, In Accordance With The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense To The Head Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E.: Complex Of Schools, Center For Continuing Education In Gronowo, Gronowo 128, 87-162 Lubicz.6. Delivery Also Includes Unloading Of Products To The Room (Warehouse) Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Appropriate Conditions, Including Sanitary Conditions, Transport And Unloading Of Products.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Products At The Unit Prices Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Contractors Offer).8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change (Reduce Or Increase) The Quantity Of Ordered Products Listed In The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) To The Level Of Actual Needs Resulting From The Recruitment Of Students, And The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of A Minimum Of 60% Of The Gross Value Of The Concluded Contract. Increasing The Quantity Of Ordered Products Is Limited To 15% Of The Gross Value Of The Concluded Order Agreement. A Change In The Quantity Of Ordered Products May Not Affect The Change In Unit Prices Given In The Contractors Offer. 9. Failure To Exhaust The Value Of The Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract Shall Leave The Contractor Without Any Claims For Damages. 10. The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Offer Should Be Compliant With Polish Standards. Each Delivered Product, Each Delivery Batch, Must Be Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging Bearing The Expiration Date, Name, Raw Material Composition, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, In Polish. The Shelf Life Of Products From The Moment Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Party Cannot Be Shorter Than 1/2 Of The Period During Which The
