The Clinical Laboratory Diagnostic Exams And Services That Make Up The Object Of This Accreditation Are Detailed In The Table Of Procedures And Values ​​In Annex I (Or Corresponding Annex) Of This Notice, Containing The Description Of The Procedures, Estimated Quantities, Unit Of Measurement And Respective Reference Values. Only Legal Entities That Meet The Conditions Established In This Call For Applications And That Express Interest In The Execution Of The Services Described In The Attachments Of This Notice May Be Accredited. They Become Part Of This Notice For All Legal Purposes.
