Thq Hospital Khar Fort Munro Medicines Will Be Delivered At Thq Hospital (Khar) Fort Munro On Daily Basis. Emergency Medicines Will Be Provided Immediately On Demand. Contractor Will Establish His Retail Point In Thq Hospital (Khar) Fort Munro. The Rate Ot Rebate On Retail Price Ot Medicines Should Be Quoted, Which Shall Be One Ot The Basis For Acceptance Of Tender. The Suppliers Must Be Gst Professional Tax And Income Tax Certificate Holder. 5% Of The Total Budget Allocated Amount (Refundable) At The Termination Of Contract) Will Have To Be Deposited As Guarantee By The Successful Bidder. The Supplier Will Be Bound For Continuous Supply Of Medicines During The Entire Period Till Next Contract.
