The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of Se Gdańsk I By Replacing At3 As Part Of The Project Expansion Of The 400 Kv Gdańsk Przyjaźń Station And The 400 (220)/110 Kv Żydowo Kierzkowo Station Along With The Installation Of Reactive Power Compensation Devices And The Adaptation Of The 400/220/110 Kv Gdańsk I Station For Switching The 400 Kv Line Track Dunowo - Żydowo Kierzkowo - Gdańsk I And Piła Krzewina - Żydowo Kierzkowo For A Voltage Of 400 Kv. 2. Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Scope Provided For In The Subject Order Described In The Subject Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Including The Implementation Of The Scope Covered By The Supervision Option Law. Detailed Requirements Regarding Supervision Options Are Included In Parts Ii And Iv Of The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Ii Of The Swz Functional And Utility Program. 4. Each Time, In All Cases In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. The Above Means That The Contractor May Use The Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Offer Of A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Cannot Be Rejected Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Are Not Compliant With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. 6. Currently, The Contract In Question Is Not Co-Financed By The European Union. The Ordering Party Does Not Rule Out Applying For Support From European Union Funds In The Future For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
