Tenders are invited for Provision of Service for the Take Away Canteen Established in the Accident Division of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka - 2026. Sealed bids are invited by the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka up to 10.00 a.m. on 24.06.2026 for maintaining the Take Away Canteen established in the Accident Division. Service Contract period is one year from the date of awarding of contract. Interested bidders who are experienced and having the assets for the provision of canteen service satisfactorily in leading government and private institutions may obtain bid documents from the Administration Division of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 10.06.2026 until 23.06.2026. Receipt obtained from the Shroff Branch of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 should be submitted to obtain the bid documents. Perfected bids in duplicate may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10" or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the office of the Chief Accountant to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 24.06.2026. The caption "Take Away Canteen established in the Accident Division" should be clearly mentioned on the left top corner of the envelope containing the bid.
