Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services - 2026. All bids should be accompanied by a bid security to the value of Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand (Rs. 250,000/-) in the form of an Irrevocable, Unconditional and On Demand Bank Draft obtained from a reputed commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka as per the form shown in the bid documents valid until 05.10.2026. Or else an equivalent amount should be credited to Account No. 71446342 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon in favour of Management Trust, Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and the bank deposit slip should be submitted to the Accounts Division of the Administration Office of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and original of the cash receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid. A nonrefundable bid fee of Rs. 3,500/- should be credited to Account No. 71446342 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon in favour of Management Trust, Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and the bank deposit slip should be submitted to the Accounts Division of the Administration Office of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and a cash receipt should be obtained.
