Bidder should be Local/Sole nominated agent of respective instrument manufacturing mother company. This work mainly consists of Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of 1000 Kg Stainless Steel Industrial Rotary mixture unit. Site is located at Sri Lanka Thriposha, Ja Ela. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method. 3. To be eligible for contract award, the bidders shall not have been blacklisted and bidders shall be incorporated under Companies Act No.7 of 2007 and have been authorized dealership with the original manufacturer. 4. Qualification requirements include: PCA3 certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies under the para 08 of Public Contracts Act with three-year experience of selling along with the financial capability evidencing minimum annual average turn-over of Rs. 50,000,000/-.
