Monitoring And Control Services – Tpg - Services Providing Traffic/Security Officers As Part Of Tpg Civil Engineering Projects - Years 2026-2030. The Purpose Of This Contract Consists Of The Provision Of Agents To Ensure Traffic And Safety During The Progress Of Tpg Construction Sites And/Or Impacting Tpg Services. This Contract Is A Single-Awarded Framework Contract. Also, The Tpg Will Retain A Maximum Of One (1) Company For The Execution Of This Contract. This Single-Awarded Framework Contract Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount But Will Be Limited To The Total Award Amount, Over Its Duration From The Date Of Expiry Of The Appeal Period Without Suspensive Effect Granted By The Appeal Authority, Following The Award Decision. This Maximum Total Amount Corresponds To The Total Sum Of Expenses That Could Be Spent By The Tpg On This Market (Single-Awarded Framework Contract), Over Its Duration And On All Of The Services Described In The Specifications And The Response Specification, Including Potential Changes In Business Needs. These Indications Do Not In Any Way Constitute Guarantees Of Turnover For The Successful Bidder Or A Commitment To Expenditure. The Successful Bidder Will Not Be Able To Make Any Claim Or Claim Payment Of Any Compensation In The Absence Of Notification Of The Order. The Volume Indicated In The Specifications Will Depend On The Acceptance Of The Budgets And The Needs Of The Tpg, Who Give Themselves The Right To Review Them At Any Time. The Successful Bidder Will Not Be Able To Assert A Claim In The Event Of Failure To Reach This Volume Throughout The Duration Of The Contract (Single-Awarded Framework Contract).
