The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of Participation In The Tastes Of Regions Fair In Poznań. 2. The Ordering Party Assumes The Maximum Number Of People Participating In The Trip - 22 People. The Number Of Participants In The Trip May Be Reduced To A Minimum Of 19 People. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Exact Number Of People No Later Than 10 Days Before Departure. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Reported Number Of People. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Transport Service, Accommodation Of Participants, Provision Of Meals, Provision Of Exhibitor Cards For All Participants And Insurance For Participants, Rental Of Exhibition Space, Construction Of The Exhibition Stand. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Of The Order Can Be Found In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Not Conducted Preliminary Market Consultations. 6. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Request The Said Evidence. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.
