The Province Of Overijssel Intends To Award An Order For Wk-2026-09, Restoration Measures Green Kan (Almelo-Nordhorn Canal). The Work Mainly Consists Of: • Cutting Down Trees In Wood Belts • Thinning And Removing Storage Of American Oaks • Thinning Tree Shapers • Removing Exotic Plants • Edge Pruning Along Adjacent Plots Of Farmers • Edge Pruning Along The Canal Side For Functional Requirements • Replanting Forest Park • Additional Work The Work Is Located Along The Almelo-Nordhorn Canal, Starting At The Lateraalkanaal/Kanaal Almelo-Nordhorn Junction Near Sluiskade Noordzijde 200 Almelo, Up To The Border With Germany Near Grensweg 25, Denekamp. The Length Is Approximately 25 Km Per Side. The Work Covers Both Sides, Making The Total Length Approximately 50 Km.
