The Planned Area Of The Existing Building To Be Fundamentally Improved Is 10,860 Gross Square Meters. The Planned Area Of The Expansion Part Is 2431 Gross Square Meters. Renovation Of The Roof Of The Existing Hall Building Is Included In The Basic Repair Work, Possibly As An Option Purchase To Be Ordered Separately. The Targeted Start Time For Construction Is The End Of 2026, And Construction Is Expected To Continue For About 14 Months.
