Electricity – Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Medium Voltage Level By A Balancing Group Coordinator. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules, For A Period Of 24 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electrical Energy That Will Be Supplied For A Period Of 24 Months Is 8.4 Thousand Mwh. Upon Execution Of The Contract, This Value May Be Greater Or Less Depending On The Actual Consumption Of Electricity. Order Execution Term: 24 Months, Counted From The Confirmation Of The First Registered Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy. The Contractor Shall Notify The Employer In Writing To Confirm The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Schedule.
