Electricity Distribution And Control Apparatus – Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Techniques For A New High-Voltage Head Station And Emergency Power Supply For The Oost-Limburg Hospital, Sint-Jan Campus. The Oost-Limburg Hospital Wishes To Expand The Electrical Connected Capacity Of The Sint-Jan Campus. The Current Campus Has An Electrical Capacity Of 5 Mva Via An Internal High-Voltage Loop. Due To Expansion (Approx. 60,000 M²) And In The Context Of The Energy Shift (Phasing Out Gas As An Energy Source), A Higher Connected Capacity Is Required. A Design Was Drawn Up To Connect Two Feeders Of 10 Mva Each To The Langerlo Substation (Genk). To Ensure Continuity In The Event Of Failure/Maintenance Of One Feeder, Four Emergency Generators Of 2.5 Mva Each Will Absorb The Power. The Existing High-Voltage Loop Must Be Rerouted To The New Head Station. The Order Concerns The Supply And Associated Services Such As Engineering, Testing, Commissioning, Training And Maintenance Of Techniques For The Complete Design Of A New High-Voltage Head Station, Including (Not Exhaustive): - High-Voltage Installations (Switching Equipment, Protection, Measuring And Protection Relays, Etc.); - Low-Voltage Installations; - Emergency Power Supply Via Generators (Including Necessary Connections/Switching); - Control/Automation And Data/Communication Facilities; - Relief; - High-Voltage Cabling To Existing Cabins And Connections To Existing Infrastructure; - Connecting Existing Master Pacts To The Control System Of The New Head Station - Testing, Commissioning, Training Of Operating Personnel; - Documentation And As-Built Files; - Any Initial Maintenance And Service Obligations; - Night Work. A Second Part Of The Assignment Is The Execution Of A Maintenance/Service Contract During The Lifespan Of The Installation. Also At Least One Functional Test Per Year Of The Controls Of This Head Station. The Detailed Technical Description Is Included In The Award Guidelines And Technical Provisions During The Award Phase.
