Hoai. Project Description An Outdated Interim Building At The Peißenberg Secondary School Is To Be Demolished. The Resulting Lack Of Space As Well As The Additional Space Required By The Increased Number Of Students Should Be Created Through An Extension. The Peißenberg Secondary School Is Located On A School Campus Together With The Josef Zerhoch Elementary School And The Josef Zerhoch Middle School. The Latter Two Schools Mentioned Are Owned By The Market Town Of Peißenberg. Directly Adjacent To The Schools Are The Wörth Gymnasium, The Glückauf Sports Hall, The Tsv Peißenberg Sports Facility And The Ice Rink. The Peißenberg Secondary School Consists Of Three Assembled Building Wings A, B And C From The Years 1950 To 1997. In Wings A, B And C, Some Specialist Rooms Have Been Renovated In Recent Years And Fire Protection Upgrades Have Taken Place, Including The Installation Of Fire Protection Ceilings And Doors. As Service Phase 0, A Pedagogical Concept Was Developed Through Workshops With Representatives Of The Material Provider And Teachers. The Result Is The Desire For A Modern Form Of Teaching As A Learning Landscape, With Cluster Solutions With Different Training For Grades 5 To 8 And 9 To 10. The (Provisional) Milestones For Implementation Stipulate: - Start Of Basic Determination Of Services: Beginning Of December 2026, - Start Of Construction: No Later Than The 1St Quarter Of 2028 - Completion / Start Of Use: No Later Than The Beginning Of 2029 It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services In Stages With This Tender: Structural Planning Services, Service Phases 1-6 In Accordance With §§ 51 Ff. Hoai. First Of All, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, The Service Phases 1 And 2 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai For The 1St Construction Phase.
