Demolition Work – Blb Nrw / Nl Do / Jva Iserlohn (We1384) / Detention Wall / Demolition & New Construction / 010-26-00189. The Nrw Construction And Real Estate Company, Dortmund Branch, Intends To Build An Early New Construction Of The Surrounding Detention Wall For The New Iserlohn Correctional Facility (Jva). The Building Plot Is Located In North Rhine-Westphalia, In The Märkischer Kreis, City Of Iserlohn, Drüpplingsen District, Hennen District, Corridor 25. The Address Is: Heidestraße 41, 58640 Iserlohn. The Buildings Of The Private Institution Were Built In 1972 And No Longer Meet Todays Standards. They Are To Be Renewed As Part Of The Prison Modernization Program (Jvmop) In Order To Implement Modern Working And Prison Conditions. The Overall Project For The New Jva Iserlohn With 320 Detention Places Consists Of Individual Functional Buildings, The Surrounding Detention Wall, And Higher-Level Measures (Outdoor Facilities, Technical Systems). In Order To Speed Up The Entire Project Process, The Aim Is To Implement The Retaining Wall Early, Which Is Part Of This Measure. This Construction Measure Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Prison Wall And The Construction Of A New Prison Wall As An Early Measure In The Special Area Including Construction Roads. The Dismantling Of The Institution Buildings That Already Exist On The Property Has Been Applied For Early To The City Of Iserlohn And Is Taking Place In Parallel. The Property Is Surrounded By Agricultural Land To The West, South And East. It Borders A Residential Area To The North. The Main Access Road Heidestraße Is On The West Side Of The Property, To The South Is Zum Schmerbruch Street, Which Is Owned By The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. To The East Of The Property, Behind A Temporary Construction Road, There Is Directly Arable Land, Which Is Bordered By The Abbabach Further To The East. In The North The Property Is Closed Off By Gemarkenweg. The Property Slopes Down By Approximately 2 M From West To East And North To South Within The Retaining Wall. The New Construction Of The Detention Wall Of Approx. 950M Runs For The Most Part Approx. 10M Inwards From The Previous Course Of The Existing Wall, Which Is To Be Demolished, And Will Surround The Entire Security Area Of The Prison. In Order To Ensure A Harmonious Integration Into The Appearance Of The Adjacent Residential Areas, The West And North Sides Of The Wall Should Be Clad With A Facing Strip, Which Will Be Carried Out In A Separate, Later Measure. Die Entsprechenden Vertiefungen Sind Im Zuge Dieser Maßnahme Herzustellen. The Detention Wall Will Be Built In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Technical Spatial Book Of The North Rhine-Westphalia Justice Department And The Static Requirements. It Consists Of Prefabricated Concrete Parts (Single Panel Width Approx. 2.5M / Height Approx. 6.5 - 9.0M) And Wall Thickness Of 25-30Cm. Note: Due To Different Terrain Heights Between Indoor And Outdoor Areas, The Jw Is Always Used. Higher Reference Dimensions Are Taken.
