The Rear Extension Of The Building, Constructed In The Mid 1990S Where The Fit-Out Works Are Located Was Originally Part Of A Tesco Supermarket. The Extension Is In Turn Part Of A Listed Building, No. 2 Royal Avenue, Originally The Belfast Branch Of The Provincial Bank Of Ireland Was Constructed Between 1864 And 1869 Now Operated By Belfast City Council As A Community Recreational And Cultural Space For Multi-Disciplinary Uses.
