The Rear Extension Of The Building, Constructed In The Mid 1990S Where The Fit-Out Works Are Located Was Originally Part Of A Tesco Supermarket. The Extension Is In Turn Part Of A Listed Building, No. 2 Royal Avenue, Originally The Belfast Branch Of The Provincial Bank Of Ireland Was Constructed Between 1864 And 1869 Now Operated By Belfast City Council As A Community Recreational And Cultural Space For Multi-Disciplinary Uses. The Works Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following: - • The Demolition / Removal Of The Existing Roller Shutters, Entrance Door, Lift Machinery, Screeds, Blockwork, Suspended Ceilings And Redundant Services. • Some Structural Timber Floor Infills. • Installation Of Some New Windows To External Walls, • Roof Repairs And Modification To Some Roof Mounted Plant. • Installation Of Fit-Out Works, Metal Studwork Partitions, Glazed Screens, Floor Finishes, Suspended Ceilings And Furniture. • Associated Mep Works, Including New Lift Machinery.
