1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Public Primary School No. 2 In Starogard Gdański (School + Gymnasium) Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Task Integrated Project Of Thermal Modernization Of Public Utility Facilities In Starogard Gdański - Psp 2. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works (Including Insulation Of Walls, Flat Roofs, Replacement Of Joinery Doors, Windows, Replacement Of Lighting, Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation) And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Bears Full And Complete Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: 1) Provide Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services; 2) Create A Board Informing About The Co-Financing; 3) Obtain All Consents, Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. 4. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor After Obtaining All Permits Required By Law And Fulfilling All Obligations Required Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Allows For The Transfer Of The Construction Site In Parts For Which The Work Will Be Legally And Technically Possible. The Works Will Commence Immediately After Handing Over The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Deadlines Specified In The Construction Law. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Manner Ensuring Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, Ensuring Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And Guarantee Granted By The Contractor. 6. During The Warranty Period, The Costs Of Servicing, Inspections And Consumables Of The Devices Are Borne By The Contractor. 7. The Following Should Be Included In The Valuation: 1) White Window And Door Joinery; 2) Production And Installation Of An Information Board On Investment Co-Financing From Eu Funds, Board Dimensions 120 Cm X 60 Cm. 8. Note: Due To The Specific Nature Of The Facility (Active School), Special Care Should Be Taken When Carrying Out Work. The Construction Site Must Be Properly Secured. 9.
