Preparation Of Documentation For A Multi-Discipline Construction Design And Detailed Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, Including Building Permits, And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task: Development Of The Lakeside Area On Plots No. 82/2, 82/1 And 64 In Załęże, Kozielice Commune. The Investment Also Covers Plot No. 112 Coastline Records. As Part Of The Investment In The Area In Question, It Is Planned To, Among Others: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Driving Route, A Beach, A Square For The Organization Of Cultural Events, Location Of Small Architecture Elements. On Plot No. 82/1, It Is Planned To Build A Pedestrian And Driving Route With A Concrete Pavement Surface. It Is Necessary To Provide Access To Properties Adjacent To Plot 82/1. The Route Will Serve As A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, And Its Structure Will Enable, If Necessary, The Entry Of Vehicles, Such As Ambulances. The Path Will Have A Padlocked Entry Block.
