1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Pedestrian Crossings On District Roads In The Locations Indicated In Annex No. 2 - Functional And Utility Program.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Documentation Consisting In The Preparation Of: A) Permanent Traffic Organization Designs For Each Location Along With Arrangements And Approval, B) Electrical Designs For Connecting Dedicated Lighting To The Power Supply Network Along With The Required Arrangements, 2) On-Site Modernization Of Pedestrian Crossings, Based On The Documentation, Consisting In Particular Of: A) Installation Of Dedicated Lighting Based On Led Luminaires With Asymmetric Light Flux Distribution; B) Installation Of D-6 Vertical Markings And/Or T-27;C) Performing Horizontal Markings Using Thick-Layer Chemically Cured Technology;D) Performing Minor Works Related To Hardening The Surface Of Pedestrian Routes;E) Performing Works Related To Lowering The Curbs, Laying Integration Cubes And Re-Paving A Section Of The Sidewalk.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Following Documents:1) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2) Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4. The Required Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 3 Years (In Words: Three Years), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs. Therefore, This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons: Managing Construction Or Works, Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials.6. Design Studies Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Prepared By Persons With Construction Qualifications To Design In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of April 29, 2019 On Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 831), Confirmed By The Relevant Decisions Referred To In Art. 12 Section 2 (Taking Into Account Article 104) Of The Construction Law Or Corresponding To The Required Constructio
