The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Construction Site, Must Have And Submit To The Ordering Party A Paid Liability Insurance Document For The Conducted Business Activity With A Guarantee Amount Of Pln 250,000.00 For One And All Events During The Insurance Period.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Any Other Documents Constituting Part Of This Agreement This, The Contractor, Within The Agreed Lump Sum Remuneration, Will Perform All Activities That Are Objectively Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Order.7.
