The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - The Performance Of Works Consisting In The Modernization Of District Road No. 2945S On A Length Of Approximately 910 M On The Section Between Rzeczyce And Ligota Łabędzka (From Km 0+533 To Km 1+445). The Section Of The Road Undergoing Repairs Runs Outside An Undeveloped Area. Vehicle Traffic Intensity - Low. Pedestrian Traffic - Negligible. 2. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks, Construction Of A Base Made Of Crushed Aggregate And A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture Of Ac22p Asphalt Concrete, Laying A Bituminous Surface: Binding Layer Of Ac16w Asphalt Concrete, Wearing Course Of A Mastic-Grit Mixture (Sma), Construction Of A Surface Made Of Stone Cubes (Row Cubes 18/20 Cm) On A Mixture Of Cement And Sand, Development Of Road Elements: Concrete Curbs 20X25 Cm On A Concrete Footing, Topsoiling, Roadside Preparation, Installation Of Vertical Markings, Regulation Of 1 Well, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 3. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing 9.36 M Long Culvert At Km 1+434.66, Which Will Be Made Of Pp Pipes Of Class Sn8 Fi 400 Mm. The Location And Technical Solutions Of The Culvert And The Method Of Opening The Road Structure Are Included In The Drawing Part Of The Documentation: 1) Drawing No. 1.4. Signage And Road Safety Devices In The Area Covered By The Works Are The Property Of The Employer And Will Be Dismantled By Him. The Dismantling Date Will Be Determined Jointly By The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 5. The Main Scope Of Works, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities And The Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
